Today we cover a classic in board games, Acquire. This game from 1962 holds up with some of the greatest modern games in our hobby. If you are unfamiliar with this game, you owe it to yourself to listen to this episode and play this game as soon as possible. How does it take 40 minutes to cover 4 pages of rules you might ask? Good question, well I wax poetic about the influence and awesomeness of the game for a while, give some strategy, take about open vs. closed information give advice on editions and throw in a Wolfgang cameo.
